Dr. James Millman

Dr. Millman has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years. He graduated from Moline High School, Augustana College, and from Case Western Reserve University Dental School. Following dental school graduation, he practiced dentistry for three years, serving as a Navy dentist, in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Millman has received the prestigious Mastership Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. This recognition honors his extensive continuing education commitment and the successful completion of a comprehensive exam.

Our office believes, "the trust patients bestow upon us, as we provide for their care, is the ultimate compliment". Dr. Millman and the staff sincerely honor and value that trust. Providing you with the highest quality of dental care possible will be accomplished by utilizing the most up to date procedures, modern equipment and a well-trained dedicated staff.

Dr. Millman has been privileged to serve as the President of the Moline School Foundation, Chairman of his church's trustees, and Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of the Rock Island District Dental Society. He is currently on the state board of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the Rock Island District Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Over the years, the focus of Dr. Millman's time and energies outside of the office has always been his family, his church, and his community. Dr. Millman and his wife, Ann, are lifetime residents of the Quad Cities. They are parents of four adult children, two of which are married. Their family has been blessed with three beautiful grandchildren. Dr. Millman enjoys skiing, travel, boating scuba diving, landscaping, golf, photography, and kayaking.

Dr. Ronald Riggins
Dr. Ronald Riggins is a life-long resident of the Quad Cities, graduating from Moline High School. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and the University of Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. After graduating from the University of Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine, he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in the U.S. Army. He graduated as the Honor Graduate. Dr. Riggins then served 3 years in charge of an Army Dental Clinic in Germany. He then returned to Moline and assumed the practice of his father-in-law, Dr. Ralph Horton.

Dr. Riggins truly enjoys the art and science of dentistry. He completes extensive continuing education courses annually and belongs to two local study clubs. Dr. Riggins is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Rock Island District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is currently the president of the Rock Island District Dental Society. He serves as a delegate to the Illinois State Dental Society and as a member of the Committee on Insurance. He also serves on the Give Kids a Smile Advisory Board. Dr. Riggins has served on several charitable boards in the community. He is currently the president of the Moline Breakfast Optimist Club, and is a past president of the Moline Public Schools Foundation.

Dr. Riggins and his wife, Amy, have two amazing, beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, skiing, and reading. He also enjoys coaching youth soccer.

Dr. Kyle Peterson
Dr. Kyle Peterson grew up in Davenport and graduated for Davenport North High School in 2002. He attended The University of Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 2006. Dr. Peterson stayed at the University of Iowa to attend the College of Dentistry and earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010. Following graduation Dr. Peterson worked in Iowa City before joining Riverside Dentistry in 2011.

Dr. Peterson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Rock Island Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Peterson has participated in Iowa's Mission of Mercy to treat patients unable to receive access to dental care. He also participates in the Give Kids a Smile program which screens and treats local children with dental needs. He truly enjoys the challenges of dentistry and the daily interactions with his patients.

Dr. Peterson and his wife, Bre, also from Davenport, are very excited to return to the Quad Cities. Bre works as a Pharmacist for Hy-Vee. They are the proud parents of a little Yorkshire Terrier and look forward to becoming active members in the community.

Dr. Peterson enjoys soccer, wrestling, RAGBRAI, personal fitness, skiing, and is an avid Hawkeye fan.
